1. Preparation (detangling)

Always start at the ends of your hair and work slowly upwards towards the roots.

• Why? This stops knots building up at the bottom of your hair, which minimises breakage.

2. The scalp massage (activate the shine)

Once the hair is tangle-free, brush with long, calm strokes from the scalp down to the ends.
